Our new purpose built 21st century kitchen features the latest in cooking technology, installed to allow our team of talented chefs to produce the fabulous standard of food demanded by our customers.
The delicious menu created by Executive Chef Gareth Ward, features many of his favourite dishes from around the world. ‘Steak & Seafood’ –is complemented by traditional favourites and Asian influenced dishes we all love. Indulgence is most certainly encouraged! Many dishes are produced on an open charcoal Robata grill. There is something special about cooking over live fire that no gas or electric piece of equipment can duplicate. Our Robata gives us the ability to produce a beautifully charred piece of meat, crunchy on the outside and juicy in the centre, as well as the most delicately cooked piece of chicken or fish — moist, succulent, and infused with just a hint of smoke.We pride ourselves on sourcing produce of the genuinely highest quality, with traceable provenance and preferably locally grown. All of our seafood and fish, (while not local!) is either Cornish or Scottish, and sustainably caught under MSC stewardship. Our meat and veg is organic where possible, meat is at least free range product, we will not use ‘factory farmed produce’.
